Please check out Colony Cats' adoptable cats and dogs via our Petfinder links - all have been vaccinated, spayed/neutered, tested, and microchipped, and are in foster care awaiting a loving, forever home.

*Note: we adopt domesticated cats to indoor-only homes.

ONE MORE CAT

Colony Cats currently has over 200 cats in foster care. Good forever homes are urgently needed so that we can continue rescuing friendly, stray cats who otherwise may not survive on the streets or on "death row" at shelters. During the winter months, the plight of abandoned, domesticated cats becomes an even more life-or-death situation. If each cat lover would adopt one more cat, we would be able to accommodate many others who desperately need assistance. Whether you have been thinking about adopting a cat or already have a few and can make room for another, this is an especially timely opportunity to choose a new kitty companion. When you adopt, you transform two lives - that of your chosen feline friend and the next cat who can then be rescued.

Your donations are needed now more than ever!

 Please support our innovative work towards a no-kill community.

 

 

  • If you are interested in one of our foster pets, please submit an adoption application. Once processed, we'll schedule a time for you to meet the cat or dog. If everyone is in agreement, you will sign an adoption contract, pay the adoption fee, and take your new best friend home! Adoption fees are as follows:

    • $50.00-$90.00 for cats

    • $75.00-$150.00 for dogs

  • Barn Cats - if you are able to provide spayed, vaccinated, feral cats with a barn home and daily food, please contact Colony Cats. We appreciate your support in helping us give safe Ohio.
